FAQ

Ships with loose cargo containers and vehicles leave once a week. Every Thursday the containers are filled with the merchandise that is in the available warehouse.

The transit time of a maritime ship is 7 days, from the time the ship sets sail at the origin until it arrives at the port in Panama.

Once the ship arrives at the Panamanian port, the transfer of the container to the customs area to be unloaded is managed. Once the merchandise or vehicle is unloaded in the area, the customers who own the goods are notified via email the load.

The air departures are daily.

The transit time for air cargo is 1 business day.

Once the merchandise arrives in Panama and is transferred to our warehouse, a digitalization process of all the merchandise begins. Once this process is completed, the client will receive an email with the confirmation of their billing, which will indicate that it is already ready to withdraw.
